This role emphasizes research-driven outbound business development, combining cold calling and LinkedIn outreach to engage decision-makers in meaningful conversations. You will own prospecting, pipeline management, and outreach strategy with a focus on quality over volume.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, lead generation or outbound sales.
• Strong cold-calling and LinkedIn outreach capability.
• Experience engaging decision-makers, ideally in Australian market.
• Ability to self-manage, run independent workflows, own outcomes.
• Strong research/analytical skills to identify high-quality prospects.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified discovery meetings through proactive outbound outreach.
