Job summary

Addmore Services LLC is hiring an SDR to drive outbound prospecting for the Australia market from a remote setup. You will identify and qualify leads in the Australian AEC sector and coordinate with the BD team to convert interest into meetings.

The role requires proven SDR experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work across time zones. You will use LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools to build a healthy sales pipeline and meet quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Proven SDR/BDR or similar sales experience.
• Experience selling to or prospecting in the Australian AEC market.
• Solid understanding of the AEC industry segments.
• Experience talking to Australian companies.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong research, organization and follow-up skills.
• Proficient with CRM systems and LinkedIn outreach tools.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential Australian AEC clients.
• Generate qualified leads via LinkedIn, email, and calls.
• Conduct outbound outreach to Australian businesses.
• Identify decision makers across owner, director, PM, architect roles.
• Present Addmore Services value and outsourcing options.
• Qualify leads based on project fit and requirements.
• Schedule meetings for the BD team.
• Maintain CRM lead data and follow up consistently.
• Meet lead-generation targets and hand over opportunities to sales team.
• Work within Australian business hours as required.
