Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking a Sales Development Representative to own outbound prospecting and pipeline generation for a fast-moving B2B company. You will identify and research target accounts, conduct outbound outreach via phone and email, qualify prospects, and book meetings for the sales team.

This is a B2B-focused role with daily business-to-business conversations; you will speak and write to decision-makers, working remotely with a US-aligned schedule and clear activity metrics driving

Qualifications

• Prior B2B sales development or outbound sales experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Comfortable with outbound calls and cold emails to decision-makers.
• Experience with a CRM for logging activity and pipeline management.
• Organized, self-directed, able to manage high outreach volume.

Responsibilities

• Identify target accounts and decision-makers; conduct daily outbound outreach.
• Qualify leads and book meetings with full context and notes.
• Maintain clean pipeline records and track activity and metrics.
• Meet daily/weekly outreach targets and monthly meeting goals.
