Job summary

Profitroom is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to own outbound for APAC from the Philippines. You will generate qualified meetings with top hotel customers, nurture relationships, and accelerate revenue through data-driven outreach.

You will run campaigns, enrich data with Clay, Lusha, Prospeo, Octoparse, and LinkedIn Navigator, and continuously optimize messaging across regional nuances, with a strong emphasis on English communication and CRM effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Outbound sales experience: 2+ years in hotel technology with KPI targets.
• Hands-on data enrichment with tools like Clay, Lusha, Prospeo, Octoparse, and LinkedIn Navigator.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Creative, proactive problem solver.
• CRM experience, ideally HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Own the outbound strategy for the region: data collection, enrichment, lead generation, and outreach.
• Execute targeted campaigns aligned with sales and marketing initiatives.
• Enrich and validate data using listed tools.
• Run A/B testing to optimize outreach and messaging.
• Track and analyze performance against KPIs.
• Deliver qualified meetings as the core KPI.
