You will handle high-volume outreach, qualify leads, and set meetings for the account executives. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in SDR or outbound sales, are comfortable with 60–70 calls per day, and possess excellent verbal and written communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and qualify inbound leads through high-volume phone calls and email outreach.
• Follow a call-first approach to engage prospects and assess suitability.
• Make approximately 60–70 calls per day with consistent email follow-ups.
• Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives and Client Partnership Managers.
• Ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads to the sales and partnership teams.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies and conversions.
• Contribute ideas to scale the SDR function as the business grows.
• Demonstrate resilience and consistency in meeting targets.
