Qualifications

• Experience handling high-volume outbound calls in hospitality-related sectors such as hotels and short-term rentals.
• Proficient with CRM systems including HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft 365.
• Excellent communication with zero accent is required; be able to adapt if a strategy isn’t working.
• Demonstrates high energy, motivation, and quick learning ability.

Responsibilities

• Schedule a second call or demo with a Sales Representative.
• Engage in high-velocity, high-volume sales with an ASP of $200–$300 in Monthly Recurring Revenue.
• Conduct outbound outreach by finding and contacting leads.
• Own prospecting for a designated territory and create quarterly plans to achieve quotas.
• Prospect and research accounts; engage via social media, email, and outbound calls.
• Coordinate with inbound BDRs and input/update data in Salesforce.
