Job summary

Satellite Office is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative in the Philippines (Metro Manila) to generate new pipeline through research, referrals, and cold outreach. You will qualify leads, nurture them, and set up meetings for the Business Development team, coordinating with various outbound channels and markets across Australia, the US, UK, and Europe.

The role requires 3–5 years in a similar field, excellent English, and strong CRM/list-building skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in sales development or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience using CRM (HubSpot) and LinkedIn for prospecting.
• Strong research and list-building skills.
• Willing to work a shifted schedule to cover North American hours.
• Understanding of outsourcing or offshore staffing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of outbound leads from LinkedIn, email, or campaigns and move them to qualified conversations.
• Review past conversation histories to ensure smooth handovers from automated outreach to human engagement.
• Map client networks and build target lists for referral and warm introductions.
• Run outbound calling campaigns and nurture leads through a structured follow-up cadence.
• Book meetings between qualified prospects and Business Development and send confirmations.
• Maintain HubSpot with up-to-date stage, labels, and next-step dates.
