Job summary

Ark One in the Philippines seeks a Sales Development Representative to generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn and other platforms.

The role focuses on identifying and engaging high-potential prospects, qualifying needs and securing discovery meetings for the Account Managers, while handing off opportunities to the sales team for the next steps.

Qualifications

• College graduate or equivalent.
• Experience in outbound B2B sales or lead generation is preferred.
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research target companies within assigned industries and territories.
• Identify decisionmakers such as CEOs, CFOs, IT Heads, Finance Heads, Operations Heads.
• Prospect through cold calling, email and LinkedIn.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar databases to locate contacts.
• Qualify prospects on size, systems, pain points, timing and requirements.
• Introduce Ark One's solutions at a high level.
• Handle objections and follow up persistently.
• Secure qualified discovery meetings for Account Managers.
• Maintain accurate prospect records in CRM.
• Re-engage dormant leads and old opportunities.
