Job summary

vamasters, Inc. is seeking an organized Operations Manager to run day-to-day activities for our home services team in the Philippines.

You will handle inbound calls, convert inquiries to bookings, manage field schedules, and support payroll, billing, and marketing efforts. You will collaborate with the owner to keep operations running smoothly, track leads and bookings, and ensure high customer satisfaction while maintaining strong communication with team members across roles.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations, customer service, or administrative support for a service-based business.
• Strong phone skills, with experience handling inbound calls and converting leads into sales.
• Experience scheduling and dispatching team members using booking or scheduling software.
• Experience processing payroll and handling billing or invoicing.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Self-directed, exact in your work, and consistently dependable when remote.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls and reply to new leads promptly and professionally.
• Turn leads into booked services and follow up to build a base of recurring customers.
• Schedule team members and handle bookings in our scheduling software.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new field team members.
• Process team payroll and manage customer billing accurately and on time.
• Support paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Local Services Ads.
• Write and publish posts on social media and in local Facebook community groups.
• Gather photos and customer reviews once jobs are completed.
• Track bookings, leads, and customer follow-ups to keep operations running smoothly.
