Tavor Perry is seeking an Operations Manager in the Philippines to oversee day-to-day operations of a growing home services business. You will handle inbound calls, convert inquiries into booked jobs, manage field team scheduling, and support hiring, payroll, billing, and marketing.

A proactive, organized communicator who keeps customers and staff happy is ideal. You will coordinate with owners, take ownership of operations, and influence service quality as the business scales.

Competenze

• Proven experience in operations, customer service, or administrative support for a service-based business.
• Strong phone skills, with experience handling inbound calls and converting leads into sales.
• Experience scheduling and dispatching team members using booking or scheduling software.
• Experience processing payroll and handling billing or invoicing.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Dependable under deadlines, careful with the small stuff, and at ease working without direct oversight.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

• Recruit, hire, and onboard new field team members

• Create and publish posts on social media and in local Facebook community groups
• Collect photos and customer reviews after completed jobs
