vamasters, Inc. is seeking an organized Operations Manager in the Biñan area to oversee inbound calls, convert inquiries into booked services, schedule field teams, and support payroll, billing, and marketing efforts. Strong communication and customer-first attitude are essential for keeping customers and the team satisfied.

You will work remotely at times and coordinate with the owner to drive growth and operational efficiency while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in operations, customer service, or administrative support for a service-based business.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to new leads promptly and professionally.
• Convert leads into booked services and follow up to build a base of recurring customers.
• Schedule team members and manage bookings with our scheduling software.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new field team members.
• Process team payroll and handle customer billing accurately and on time.
• Support paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Local Services Ads.
• Create and publish posts on social media and in local Facebook community groups.
• Collect photos and customer reviews after completed jobs.
• Track bookings, leads, and customer follow-ups to keep operations running smoothly.
