You will book and track client appointments, follow up with leads by phone, and provide essential back-end administrative support to keep our scheduling operations running smoothly. Ideal candidates are confident communicators with strong attention to detail, adept at calendar tracking, spreadsheets, and daily reporting, and comfortable working in a remote, hands-off setup while

Competenze

• Proven experience in appointment setting, scheduling, or a similar administrative role.
• Confident outbound calling skills with clear spoken English.
• Strong proficiency with calendar tools and spreadsheets (Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Excel, or similar).
• Excellent organization and follow-up discipline.
• Capable and detail-oriented, productive in a remote, hands-off setup.
• Strong communication skills.

Mansioni

• Book client appointments and confirm them with leads and clients.
• Track every scheduled appointment and follow up to cut down on no-shows.
• Place outbound calls to leads as needed.
• Keep tracking sheets and calendars accurate and current.
• Coordinate with agents to schedule and adjust appointments.
• Provide back-end administrative support to the team.
• Submit daily activity reports.
