vamasters, Inc. is seeking an organized Operations Manager in Batac to handle inbound calls, lead conversion, scheduling for field teams, payroll, billing, and marketing support. You will coordinate across hiring, payroll, and customer service to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and independent work ethic, with experience in service-based operations and familiarity with scheduling software and advertising campaigns.

• Proven experience in operations, customer service, or administrative support for a service-based business.
• Strong phone skills, with experience handling inbound calls and converting leads into sales.
• Experience scheduling and dispatching team members using booking or scheduling software.
• Experience processing payroll and handling billing or invoicing.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
