vamasters, Inc. is seeking a proactive inside sales professional in the Philippines to help us book more jobs, recover lost opportunities, and build customer loyalty across multi-location home services.

You will do fast lead follow-up by phone and text, manage CRM data, monitor marketing performance, and generate business insights to drive revenue. The role requires confident English, comfort with numbers, and an owner mindset.

Formación

• Proven experience in inside sales or lead follow-up, with a track record of converting leads.
• Excellent spoken and written English, confident with US customers by phone and text.
• Hands-on CRM experience, logging activity and running reports.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor CRM for new quotes, bookings, cancellations, and voided jobs; act quickly on every opportunity.
• Call new quote requests promptly to close sales and upsell services.
• Follow up on unbooked quotes and inbound inquiries to win back lost business.
