Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, program management and client success.
• Owns processes and outcomes rather than only completing tasks.
• Strong understanding of patient scheduling, provider coordination, and healthcare workflows.
• Able to identify root causes, implement solutions, and measure results.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong communication with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Organize priorities with leadership and coordinate projects.
• Prepare meeting summaries, presentations, and reports to support decision-making.
• Coordinate daily operational activities across physician practices, patients, providers, and internal teams.
• Identify inefficiencies and create or improve SOPs, checklists, and standardized processes.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline repetitive tasks and improve reporting.
