Job summary

Pillar Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Lead to build and optimize the operational engine behind the physician-wellness program. You will own onboarding, referral and scheduling workflows, and ensure smooth patient journeys across multiple teams.

You will partner with leadership to design scalable processes, implement automation where possible, and create practical SOPs to improve accuracy, accountability, and revenue operations as the company scales.

Qualifications

2+ years of healthcare operations experience or closely related field.
Experience owning processes and outcomes, not just completing tasks.
Strong understanding of patient scheduling, provider coordination, documentation, and service operations.
Ability to identify root causes and implement practical solutions.

Responsibilities

Own onboarding from agreement through launch, including referrals, scheduling, communication, documentation, and billing workflows.
Oversee the patient journey from referral through ongoing engagement and appointment completion.
Coordinate with dietitians, exercise professionals, and support staff for capacity and coverage.
Monitor documentation, billing flows, and revenue-related information; resolve issues affecting reimbursement.
Map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and redesign processes to improve speed, accuracy, and accountability.
Develop SOPs, trackers, dashboards, templates, and standardized workflows.
