Pillar Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Lead to build and optimize the operational engine behind our healthcare programs. This highly hands-on role engages with leadership and teams across physicians, staff, and patients to streamline workflows and implement practical solutions.

You will drive onboarding, scheduling, provider coordination, and SOP development, while leveraging AI tools to reduce repetitive work and improve reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations, program management, or client success.
• Own processes and outcomes, not just admin tasks.
• Understanding of scheduling, provider coordination, and admin workflows.
• Ability to identify root causes and independently implement solutions.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience creating or improving SOPs, workflows, dashboards, trackers, or systems.
• Experience using AI, automation, or tech to improve processes.

Responsabilités

• Own executive support and project management; organize priorities and deadlines.
• Turn leadership decisions into clear action plans with stakeholder alignment.
• Prepare summaries, presentations, and reports for decision making.
• Coordinate daily operational activities across physician practices, patients, and teams.
• Support onboarding, scheduling, provider coordination, and documentation workflows.
• Identify inefficiencies and create or improve SOPs, templates, and processes.
• Maintain dashboards and reports; analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline tasks and boost efficiency.
