Job summary

Pillar Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Lead focused on building and improving the operational engine for our wellness services. You will own onboarding, patient flow, and provider coordination, while partnering with leadership to implement scalable processes.

This remote, full-time role requires hands-on execution and a focus on systems, automation, and measurable outcomes as the company scales.

Qualifications

2+ years in healthcare operations or related field.
Experience owning processes and outcomes.
Strong scheduling and provider coordination knowledge.
Ability to identify root causes and implement solutions.
Excellent English written and spoken skills.
Experience building SOPs, workflows, dashboards, and templates.

Responsibilities

Own onboarding from agreement to launch, including referrals and billing workflows.
Oversee patient journey from referral to ongoing engagement and renewals.
Coordinate with dietitians, exercise professionals, and support staff.
Monitor documentation, billing flow, and revenue-related issues.
Map, redesign, and document workflows to boost speed and accuracy.
