Pillar Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Lead to build and optimize the operational engine behind our wellness programs. This remote, full-time role demands hands-on work in a growing healthcare business where processes are evolving, partnering with leadership to connect physician practices, staff, patients, and specialists.

You will own onboarding, patient engagement, and provider coordination while implementing automation to reduce repetitive work and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare operations and patient workflow management.
• Ability to map, redesign, and optimize end-to-end processes.
• Strong project management skills with cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent written and spoken English; clear communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience creating SOPs, dashboards, trackers, and operational templates.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, or technology to improve business processes.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding from agreement through launch, including referral, scheduling, documentation, and billing workflows.
• Oversee the patient journey from referral to engagement and appointments; drive conversions.
• Coordinate with dietitians, exercise professionals, and support staff for scheduling and capacity.
• Monitor documentation and billing flow; resolve issues delaying billing or revenue.
• Map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and redesign processes for speed and accuracy.
• Develop SOPs, trackers, dashboards, templates, and standardized workflows.
• Track KPIs across referrals, scheduling, engagement, and provider performance; report risks and actions.
• Evaluate tools to simplify operations and use AI to enhance reporting and workflow management.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate priorities into actionable plans and accountability.
