Pillar Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Lead to build and run the operational engine behind our growing healthcare wellness platform. This remote, full-time role is hands-on in a fast-moving environment with evolving processes.

You will own onboarding, client operations, patient journeys, provider coordination, documentation, billing, and systems improvement, while using AI and automation to reduce repetitive work and improve visibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, medical practice operations, program management, client success, or healthcare administration.
• Strong ability to identify operational problems, investigate root causes, and independently implement solutions.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own new practice onboarding from agreement through launch, including referral, scheduling, documentation, and billing workflows.
• Oversee the patient journey from referral through scheduling, first appointment, and ongoing engagement; improve conversion and retention.
