ELITE Resource Services is seeking a reliable Medical Virtual Assistant to support our healthcare team in a remote capacity. The role focuses on chart updates, care coordination, intake, and EMR navigation, with strong emphasis on accurate documentation and patient communication.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant, excellent English proficiency, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Formación

• At least 1 year experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience with EMRs and U.S. healthcare workflows.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Drive, Google Sheets, email, accessing documents, reports, spreadsheets, etc.
• Proficient in the English Language, both written and verbal.
• Proactive communication.
• Time management skills (prioritize and organize).
• Document Management and Email Management.
• Good Decision Making, Responsive, Detail-Oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine MA duties such as chart updates, follow-ups, and care coordination.
• Intake.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls with patients, providers, and pharmacies.
• Navigating through EMR.
• Provide general administrative and clinical support as needed.
• Medical Records Requests.
• Follow-up patient calls.
• Medication reconciliation.
• Handle Referrals.
