Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Managing inbound and outbound calls regarding inquiries, appointments, and data verification.
• Verifying healthcare insurance coverage and eligibility.
• Providing administrative support: data entry, appointment scheduling, email management, record management, and time-keeping.
• Handling health promotion, care plan explanations, admissions, new patient intake, and front-desk triage.
• Establishing a professional liaison between patients and providers.
• Adhering to HIPAA policies.
