Qualifications

• Experience as Medical Receptionist, Patient Coordinator, Customer Service Representative, or similar role.
• Experience in sales, lead conversion, or appointment setting.
• Healthcare, medical, aesthetic, wellness, or dental experience preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong phone presence and communication skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and able to handle objections.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Empathetic and professional when handling patient interactions.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Answer incoming patient calls professionally and promptly.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
