Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Dental Receptionist or equivalent in a U.S. dental practice.
• Experience working remotely in a dental setting.
• Fluent in English with strong written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls, emails, and patient inquiries in English and Spanish.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm dental appointments.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance eligibility; handle copays and deductions.
