Job summary

Snapscale is seeking an experienced Healthcare Virtual Assistant (HVA) with appointment setting to join our team as a US Clinic Coordinator in a remote setup. You will ensure a seamless patient experience through accurate scheduling, confirmations, and effective coordination with clinics.

The ideal candidate has strong English communication, attention to detail, and prior experience with EMR systems, insurance verification, and patient follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Experience in appointment setting (scheduling, rescheduling, confirming appointments, and patient follow-ups).
• Must have experience working with US-based clinics and/or healthcare environments.
• Experience in EMR, insurance verification, patient coordination, and inbound call handling.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient benefits and insurance coverage
• Reactivate past patients and maintain engagement
• Answer inbound calls and assist with inquiries
• Follow up on appointment confirmations and reminders
• Make outbound calls to leads and potential patients
• Schedule and reschedule patient appointments efficiently
• Process refills and follow clinic policies
• Manage electronic medical records (EMR)
• Audit labs and follow up on missing results
• Monitor and oversee virtual clinic kiosk workflows
