GoLean Health is seeking a reliable Virtual Medical Assistant for a remote pulmonology practice. The part-time role is 30 hours per week, scheduled on U.S. Central Time, with two open positions.

The candidate will handle front-d desk patient communication, manage medical records, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure compliant, efficient workflow across locations. Prior HIPAA-compliant remote healthcare experience is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Medical Assistant for U.S.-based practices.
• Experience in patient communication and inbound call handling.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume patient calls, confirm appointments, and route inquiries.
• Process medical records requests and coordinate with billing and clinics.
• Support team across multiple locations and maintain SOPs.
