Qualifications

Responsibilities

• 1) Patient Communication & Call Management: handle high-volume patient calls, confirm appointments, route requests to staff.
• 2) Medical Records & Administrative Support: process records requests, coordinate with billing, ensure HIPAA compliance.
• 3) Team Collaboration & Workflow Management: communicate across locations, provide backup call coverage, help develop SOPs.
