Job summary

VPM Solutions is seeking a Sales & Reservations Associate for a remote role in luxury hospitality. You will handle inquiries via email, phone, text, and OTA platforms, guide guests through the booking process, and ensure CRM accuracy to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years experience in hospitality, reservations, customer service, or sales.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or short-term rentals preferred.
• Familiarity with PMS, CRM, OTA platforms, Slack, and Monday.com.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound reservation inquiries and convert leads into bookings
• Manage sales pipelines and follow up on leads
• Maintain accurate CRM and reservation records
• Coordinate with operations and field teams
• Maintain shift notes and reporting updates
