Job summary

Connext is seeking a Customer Support Specialist who will provide remote support for a United States client. You will assist with reservations, respond to inquiries, and guide customers through the booking process while ensuring accurate records.

The role requires at least two years in customer service, excellent English communication, and the ability to navigate multiple software platforms from a home-based setup. Night differential and annual increases are part of the compensation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer messages and inquiries.
• Handle outbound phone calls to answer customer questions, provide assistance, and support reservation completion.
• Provide accurate information using company-approved responses, procedures, and resources.
• Guide customers through the reservation process, required documentation, and pre-booking requirements.
• Maintain professional and customer-focused communication across all interactions.
• Assist customers in completing reservations and ensure required information is accurately captured.
• Confirm reservation details and ensure customers understand requirements before vehicle pickup.
• Follow up with customers who have started but have not completed the reservation process.
• Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and reservation status within company systems.
• Escalate customer concerns or situations outside established procedures to the appropriate team members.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams to support smooth customer experiences.
• Manage multiple customer conversations while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and timely responses.
• Support daily booking goals and customer service objectives through consistent execution.
