Job summary

Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. (ISO Certified) is seeking Booking & Reservations Specialists to support a growing travel and adventure business. This remote, home-based role handles customer enquiries, processes bookings, coordinates accommodation, and assists with itineraries.

Ideal candidates are junior to mid-level, highly organized, detail-oriented and eager to learn. Excellent English, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a rotating schedule are essential;

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and computer systems.

• Previous experience in customer service, administration, bookings, reservations, travel, tourism or logistics is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Process customer bookings and reservations.
• Coordinate accommodation bookings with suppliers.
• Prepare and update customer itineraries.
• Communicate with customers, accommodation providers and other suppliers.
• Maintain accurate booking records and spreadsheets.
• Update and manage information across relevant systems.
• Assist with general booking and travel administration.
• Follow established processes and procedures accurately.
• Ensure booking details are checked carefully to minimise errors.
• Support the Booking & Reservations Lead with day-to-day tasks.
• Assist with other administrative and logistical requirements as needed.
