Qualifications

• Must have 3-5+ years of experience in guest experience and administrative roles in short-term rentals.
• Experience with US, Canadian, Australian, or UK employers is required.
• Management experience preferred for growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries via email, text, and phone.
• Assist with guest resolution and management issues.
• Maintain property listings on Online Travel Agencies.
