Job summary

Staff Domain Inc. is seeking a Remote Guest Experience Coordinator to support an Australian hospitality brand. You will manage guest inquiries, reservations, and support across channels, while ensuring accurate data in the PMS and OTA platforms.

The role requires at least 3 years in hospitality, a related degree, and MEWS PMS experience. You will collaborate with housekeeping, reservations, and management to deliver a seamless guest journey from pre-arrival to post-stay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in hotel, hospitality, guest services, reservations, or front office.
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field.
• Proven experience using a Property Management System (PMS), with MEWS experience highly preferred.
• Experience handling reservations, guest communications, check-in/check-out support, and service recovery.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest enquiries, reservations, and guest support via phone, email, live chat, and messaging platforms.
• Update PMS and OTA platforms (Expedia, Booking.com) as directed.
• Coordinate pre-arrival, in-stay, and post-stay communications.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and internal notes in company systems.
• Escalate urgent issues to management when required.
• Comply with data protection and PCI standards.
