Job summary

AgileOne Group is seeking a remote Recruiter to manage full life cycle recruitment for client locations. You will craft job ads, build a virtual bench, and leverage ATS/OANet to source, screen, and place candidates from a home-based role in the Philippines.

The role emphasizes high-volume recruiting, strong relationship-building, and KPI reporting. Candidates should be adept at navigating multiple sources and maintaining data integrity in ATS.

Qualifications

• Experience with internet recruiting systems, requisitions and tracking statistics.
• Mastery of tools such as OANet and ATS.
• Ability to create candidate profiles and track progress to placement.
• Proficiency with web-based job boards, research and applicant tracking systems.
• Experience delivering data-driven insights and reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide full life cycle recruiting support for client locations.
• Create job ads and talent attraction strategies.
• Utilize web-based recruiting platforms to manage candidates.
• Enter and maintain candidate data in ATS/ERM systems.
• Report on recruitment results and KPIs as required.
• Gather hiring requirements from managers and convey them to candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
