Job summary

AgileOne Group is seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Recruiter to support talent acquisition for managed accounts. You will source, screen, and coordinate candidates while ensuring a seamless hiring process.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll work closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to match the right talent with business needs and maintain accurate candidate data throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Night shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition.
• Exposure to different industries (Healthcare, Construction, Technical, Finance and Accounting, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working with data, trackers, and recruitment systems
• Ability to work night shifts
• A background in HR, business, or a related field is preferred.
