You will source, screen, and present top candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate records in Manatal CRM and Asana.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in recruitment, experience in staffing agencies, and proven ability to handle multiple requisitions with speed and accuracy in a remote, globally

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in staffing agencies.
• Experience handling multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience with niche/boutique and high-volume hiring.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple client accounts and requisitions.
• Handle boutique (specialized) and high-volume hiring requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Source candidates through job boards, databases, and direct outreach.
• Conduct screenings and assessments.
• Maintain candidate records in Manatal CRM.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
• Track recruitment pipelines and tasks using Asana.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.
