Job summary

GoTeam is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing, industrial, or trades sectors in a fast-paced agency environment. You will drive rapid placements, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure compliance across sites.

This remote, day-shift role covers Anywhere in the Philippines, working a 6:00 AM–3:00 PM schedule with Monday–Friday operations. Strong emphasis on accountability and measurable performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 1.5–2+ years of recruitment experience in an agency environment specializing in manufacturing, industrial, or trades & labour.
• Experience with high-volume recruitment and swift turnaround placements.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining active labor pools.
• Robust understanding of site-based compliance, licenses, tickets, and WHS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to final placement.
• Coordinate with consultants to calibrate role requirements based on real-time market dynamics.
• Manage post-placement follow-ups to enhance candidate retention and client satisfaction.
