About the role

We are seeking a mid-level recruiter to join a dedicated Managed Delivery Pod as we partner with a leading US staffing client. This role requires 2 to 3+ years of experience to independently manage end-to-end talent acquisition across various tech domains—including Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data, AI/ML, and Product—while collaborating closely with client hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire hiring lifecycle, from initial candidate outreach through offer acceptance on behalf of our client partner
• Identify both active and passive technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean parameters, job boards, referrals, and strategic networking
• Screen candidates against specific client requisitions while developing deep talent pools for current and upcoming hiring goals
• Coordinate interview scheduling, maintain clear communication with applicants, and align closely with client hiring managers
• Track all recruitment activity accurately within the ATS, consistently meeting agreed-upon KPIs, SLAs, and candidate experience standards

About you

• 2–3+ years of experience recruiting for the US market, ideally within an agency or RPO environment
• Hands-on proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strategies, and multi-channel talent identification
• Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions concurrently while maintaining ATS hygiene
• Flawless written and spoken English skills to effectively interface with client stakeholders and US-based candidates
