Job summary

Lago is seeking a Full-Cycle Recruiter to support U.S.-based skilled trades and home services clients from remote Philippines. You will manage end-to-end recruiting, screen candidates, and drive hiring outcomes while communicating with clients and maintaining multiple pipelines.

Ideal candidates excel in English communication, can juggle multiple requisitions, and work independently with minimal supervision. Remote role with CST-aligned hours and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for U.S.-based clients with direct client-facing communication.
• Able to manage multiple active requisitions simultaneously.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Based in the Philippines and able to work CST hours Monday–Friday.
• Valid NBI Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting across multiple client accounts from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Screen candidates via phone and video interviews.
• Maintain organized pipelines and monitor progress.
• Partner with U.S.-based clients and manage expectations.
• Evaluate candidate profiles and recommend hires based on job requirements.
• Analyze recruiting funnel bottlenecks and drive improvements.
• Proactively communicate risks and escalate when needed.
• Balance multiple open positions while keeping momentum.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes.
