Job summary

New Energy Nexus Philippines is seeking a Junior Program Associate to provide coordination, administrative, and operational support across NEX Philippines programs. The role works with program teams to ensure activities are well-organized, participants and stakeholders are supported, and records are accurately maintained.

The position is full-time and mostly virtual with occasional domestic travel for events.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
1+ year in program coordination or related role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in English, Tagalog, and Cebuano.
Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
Hybrid work with readiness for occasional travel.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative, logistical, and operational support for program activities.
Coordinate with participants, partners, speakers, consultants, service providers, and other stakeholders to support the smooth implementation of program activities.
Assist with participant registration, scheduling, attendance, requirements, materials, and other activity logistics.
Support program communications, including announcements, invitations, reminders, follow-ups, and routine stakeholder inquiries.
Assist program teams before, during, and after activities, including online and on-site event support.
Maintain accurate program and participant records and assist with activity documentation, reports, meeting notes, and other required materials.
