Qualifications

• Clear spoken English with ability to build rapport
• Experience in lead qualification, appointment setting, or sales support
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple leads

Responsibilities

• Follow up with new enquiries and inbound leads across brand channels
• Conduct follow-up calls to understand needs and determine suitability
• Qualify leads before scheduling appointments or marking opportunities
• Book qualified meetings for the sales team with detailed handover notes
• Maintain accurate CRM records (lead info, tags, notes)
• Manage lead stages and ensure opportunities are tracked
• Identify trends in lead quality and suggest process improvements
