This 100% remote role is offered as an independent contractor engagement, with Brisbane business hours and a steady flow of inbound leads.

You will respond quickly within minutes, present quotes, collect deposits, upsell services, and maintain CRM records.

Qualifications

Proven inbound phone sales experience.
Strong closing skills with confidence to handle objections.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline.
Self-motivated with strong follow-up and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Own the main phone line during Brisbane business hours.
Respond to inbound phone calls and online enquiries; first contact within 15 minutes.
Understand moving requirements and recommend suitable service.
Prepare and present quotes, explain pricing, collect deposits, and secure bookings.
Manage follow-up via phone and SMS to maximise conversions.
Coordinate booked jobs with confirmations, paperwork, and CRM updates.
Handle customer enquiries before, during, and after moves, resolving issues calmly.
Upsell additional services during active moves.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM.
