Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking a Philippines-based Marketing and Sales Administrator to join a 100% remote, independent contractor engagement. You will manage a large contacts database, nurture leads, and support marketing and AI-driven automation to accelerate follow-ups and bookings.

You will align with AU business hours (9am–5pm local time) for collaboration while delivering consistent, data-driven outreach and administration. The client operates in real estate with a focus on lead conversion.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in a sales admin, marketing admin or client-facing role, ideally within Australian real estate.
• Hands-on CRM experience and a genuine love of clean, well-organised data.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a warm, confident phone manner that Australian homeowners respond to.

Responsibilities

• Own a database of 30,000+ contacts, keep it clean and organised, and run a consistent nurture program.
• Make outbound calls to connect with homeowners, qualify appraisal leads and book appraisals.
• Support marketing with email and SMS campaigns and market updates.
• Set up automated follow-ups across SMS, email and CRM workflows using tools like n8n or Make.
• Prepare sale contracts using templates; coordinate signing and distribute copies.
