Hunt St is seeking a Philippines-based Account & Sales Order Management Specialist to handle quotes, presentations, artwork coordination, and supplier orders. The role combines account management, sales support and order processing with a strong emphasis on branding and design.

The position offers a remote-based arrangement for working with AU clients, with flexibility in scheduling to align with Australian business hours while maintaining independent contractor status.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the custom-branded apparel and promotional products industry.
• Strong knowledge of customization methods including embroidery, screen printing, heat transfers, laser engraving, and digital printing.
• Experience using one or more industry-specific order management/ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound leads and inquiries; quickly prepare quotes, presentations, and product recommendations.
• Coordinate artwork proofs and supplier Purchase Orders; ensure orders move through the pipeline on time.
• Prepare client-facing presentations and quotations; maintain client records in the CRM.
• Support team with sales and order-related tasks; liaise with clients to obtain sign-off on quotes and artwork.
