Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience from prospecting to closing.
• Experience exporting, distributor or international account management preferred.
• Fluent English with strong written and spoken communication.
• Pricing and margin awareness with strong quoting discipline.
• Ability to learn technical products quickly and explain them clearly.
• Experience with CRM/ERP platforms or quick learning ability.

Responsibilities

• Research, prospect and onboard new distributors and resellers in assigned markets.
• Act as primary contact for distributors; maintain regular cadence and track performance.
• Provide quotes, reference pricing, product information and tender support to move deals forward.
• Deliver product and sales training to distributors and collaborate on campaigns with Marketing.
• Support distributors with local product registration, import and regulatory requirements.
• Track orders, coordinate with Supply Chain on preparation and shipping, resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and update pipeline regularly.
