Hunt St Pty Ltd is hiring a Philippines-based Appointment Setter and Inside Sales Representative (Automotive) for a remote, full-time independent contractor role. You will engage in inbound/outbound calls on a proven script, book qualified leads, and secure deposits to drive growth for Australian automotive clients.

The position demands fast lead response, weekly pay, and a focus on accuracy, speed, and client relationship building across multiple accounts as the business scales.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in phone sales, appointment setting, or a call centre environment.
• Clear, warm, and conversational spoken English — Australian customers must find you easy and natural to talk to.
• Genuinely coachable — daily huddles and role-plays are part of onboarding.
• High energy, a real listener, and warm by nature — not a script-reader.
• Reliable high-speed internet — minimum 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload, wired connection strongly preferred, plus a backup connection.
• Dual monitors or an ultrawide screen, a good quality headset, and a quiet dedicated workspace.
• Available to work set Perth/Manila time hours Monday to Friday — no flexibility on core hours.

Responsibilities

• Call and text inbound leads immediately upon receipt — calling within minutes is the number one performance metric.
• Work from a proven script and conversation flow while sounding natural and building genuine rapport
• Book qualified leads into the client's calendar
• Take deposits over the phone where possible
• Confirm upcoming appointments to minimise no-shows
• Handle callbacks and follow-ups throughout the shift
• Log every call, outcome and note accurately in the CRM and Slack
• Hit daily call and booking targets consistently
