• Reliable high-speed internet (50 Mbps down / 20 Mbps up) with backup.
• Dual monitors or ultrawide screen, quality headset, quiet workspace.
• Available to work Perth/Manila time hours, Monday to Friday with no flex.

Responsibilities

• Call and text inbound leads immediately; speed to lead matters.
• Follow proven script and build genuine rapport.
• Book qualified leads into client calendars.
• Take deposits over the phone when possible.
• Confirm upcoming appointments to minimise no-shows.
• Handle callbacks and follow-ups across the shift.
• Log calls, outcomes and notes in CRM and Slack.
