Job summary

Hunt St is seeking Philippines-based candidates for a Telesales Development Representative. This fully remote role works with Australian retailers, taking orders and building relationships over the phone while coordinating with a Sydney-based Account Manager.

You will design the call cycle, manage daily outbound activity, and help shape processes as the new function grows. Training will cover the client’s products and the Australian grocery landscape.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of telesales or outbound customer service experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a friendly telephone manner.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in order data.

Responsibilities

• Store onboarding and contact mapping to build a retailer contact base.
• Daily call cycle management to reach the right person at each site.
• Order capture and entry into the portal with accurate product codes and quantities.
• Promotional and seasonal selling by informing stores of current promotions and ranges.
• Build customer relationships and represent the company professionally on calls.
• Record keeping: notes of calls, outcomes, and any issues, and flag problems to the Account Manager.
