Job summary

Astreya is seeking a Project Coordinator I in Taguig to plan and coordinate internal projects from initiation to delivery, including network, server, or software deployments and PC deployments.

The role requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent and offers hybrid work with regional teams. You will maintain schedules, track expenses, prepare reports, and support process improvements while collaborating with SDMs/PMs to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Office and remote work flexibility with willingness to adjust hours for regional colleagues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Customer service orientation and dependability.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional decorum.

Responsibilities

• Gather and maintain project requirement lists.
• Provide weekly project updates and action items.
• Schedule and coordinate project reviews and follow up on actions.
• Communicate status effectively to the project team.
• Assist with monitoring project plans, schedules, and expenditures.
• Identify issues and escalate to the client manager.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and document decisions.
• Collaborate with regional teams for resources and ticket resolution.
• Monitor the ticketing system and reassign tickets as needed.
• Produce regular reports and identify trends for process improvements.
• Support SDMs/PMs with metrics and KPIs.
