Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gather and maintain project requirement lists.
• Provide weekly project updates and action items.
• Schedule and coordinate reviews and follow up on actions.
• Communicate status to project team clearly.
• Assist with project plans, schedules, work hours, and expenditures.
• Identify issues and escalate to the client manager.
• Attend stakeholder meetings and document decisions.
• Collaborate with regional teams on resources and ticket resolution.
• Monitor tickets and reassign as needed.
• Produce regular reports and identify trends.
• Support process improvements and knowledge development.
• Assist SDMs/PMs with metrics and KPIs.
