Job summary

Remote Raven seeks a Communications Coordinator (Remote) to serve as the connective tissue between leadership, staff, and field crews. This role focuses on internal communications, not marketing, with a calendar-driven cadence and sharp attention to format and tone.

You will manage SharePoint intranet, draft company-wide messages, and coordinate field communications using tools like Connecteam or Beekeeper, with AI-assisted drafting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in internal communications, content coordination, or related role.
• Experience writing for a professional audience (announcements, policies, updates).
• Experience managing a content calendar or intranet platform preferred.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Hands-on with AI productivity tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot).
• SharePoint experience for intranet/document management is a strong asset.
• Exposure to field comms platforms like Connecteam or Beekeeper is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own SharePoint intranet structure, keep content current, and improve navigation.
• Draft and send company-wide announcements on behalf of leadership.
• Translate office decisions into clear, mobile-friendly messages for field crews.
• Format announcements and internal docs using Adobe CC to professional standards.
• Build and manage a communications calendar to plan announcements and avoid overlap.
